If you crave great coffee, you will love knowing that we provide a real alternative those typical coffee chains by offering handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks, an ever-expanding tea bar and real, fresh food options. Foundation definitely delivers an exceptional coffee shop experience. We work hard to deliver great taste, while providing exceptional service. Our local baristas know that great espresso takes more than just pushing a button so, make sure you order your favorite espresso, latte, chai, specialty tea or just a cup of our amazing drip coffee but don’t forget one of our amazing bakery items to compliment that perfect cup!

Foundation Coffee is a “specialty coffee” shop dedicated to the art of craft coffee. For us, delivering quality is not a goal, it’s a standard. We strive hard daily to learn and practice brewing methods from the best teachers in the industry. We have a passion to make sure what's in your cup represents the barista that extracted it, the roaster who roasted it, and the farmer who nurtured it all the way back at origin. Foundation is committed to serving only the highest quality ingredients, paired with outstanding customer service and dedication to the craft. The coffee was fresh, robust and flavorful just like the pastry. The atmosphere is something you would find in Los Angeles or New York. It's very stark industrial modern. The same feel carries out to the patio, but the patio space is softened by a water feature and some well cared for vegetation. The atmosphere and quality really brought us back home to L.A. Now, no Tampa trip will be complete without a visit to Foundation Coffee Co.

This place is welcoming and begs you to hang out for several cups of coffee and relax, be social or more productive and get some work done. There are plenty of electrical outlets/USB ports to charge your mobile device if the juice is running a bit low. The ambiance they have created is hands down award-winning. My new favorite place to hang. O' almost forgot, the coffee, very tasty and clean.

I love this place! The atmosphere is better than any place I have found in the Riverview, Valrico, Brandon area. The coffee is great quality and they have non-dairy milk for us lactose intolerant folks! The staff is also super nice and down to earth. I love it!

Great atmosphere and even better coffee. I love how open it is inside, but then you can walk outside in the very back and have your own little corner to read or work on some things. It's nice and peaceful outside. I got an iced latte and it was delicious! Loved everything about this place.
